1. Can you send sample for reference?

If in stock, it will be sent to you. In addition, free sample for you (for general bearings)

2. Can you send catalogue ?

E-catalogue is at your service all the time.

3. Do you have QC by yourselves?

We have professional team for QC to guarantee bearings' quality.


4. How long is your delivery term?

Our standard product delivery term is normally 30 days. A new product development cycle is 60 days in normal. For inventory, is 3-7 days.

5. What is your terms of payment?

We always accept the terms as following:

A. 100% T/T
B. 30% T/T in advance, 70% against copy of B/L
C. 30% T/T in advance, 70% against L/C at sight

6. What kinds of packing do you supply?

A. Individual inner box + carton + pallet

B. Tube package + carton + pallet

C. According to the customer's request

7. Where is your port of shipment located?

Our main port of shipment is Shanghai and Ningbo port, and we may operate at other ports if required by the customer.


8. I couldn’t find a design to fit my application in your catalog. Can you help me design a bearing?

Yes, technical expertise is available to assist you with engineering design for custom products. Available options include, but are not limited to, custom rings, retainers, balls, shields, lubricants, and packaging. We look forward to working with you to satisfy your rotary motion requirements.

9. Is optional lubrication provided?

Hoping offers a wide range of oils and greases for a variety of applications. Our engineer for technical will assistance with any special requirements.

10. What causes bearing noise?

Bearing noise is a function of both the bearing and the way it is used. Some external factors that affect bearing noise include lubricant type, excessive bearing load, and improper installation. Once the abnormal noise occurred, you can contact our engineers, we will help you find the reasons and provide the appropriate solutions.

11. What is the difference between using a shield or a seal as a ball bearing closure?

Shields or seals are often installed to retain lubricant and to prevent contamination from entering the bearing. While a shield contacts the outer ring and does not come in contact with the inner ring, the seal generally comes in contact with both the inner and outer rings. Torque or drag is lower with a shield than with a seal. Alternately, the seal provides a higher degree of protection from contamination. Shields and seals are available in a variety of materials and configurations.
